About our data

Where the results come from — and what we never index.

LeadGrid is a search interface on top of Google Maps’ public business listings. When you type a query like “dentists in Texas” or “Klempner München,” we run that query against Google Maps via a third-party scraping service (Apify), apply a strict personal-data filter, and return the business-level fields: name, address, phone, website, category, rating, and the business email when one is published on the business’s own site.

What we always strip out

Before any result reaches you, every row is run through a filter that removes:

Legal posture

LeadGrid operates as a search interface, not a data broker. Results are fetched on-demand against your query and cached for 30 days (or 7 days if zero results). We honor right-to-erasure requests for any specific business listing within 48 hours — email hello@leadgrid.eu with the listing and we’ll suppress it permanently.

By using LeadGrid you confirm you have a lawful basis for any outreach you do with the contact data — typically GDPR Art. 6(1)(f) legitimate interest for B2B prospecting in the EU. We provide the interface; you remain responsible for the lawfulness of your own outreach.

Freshness + cache

Each cached result row carries a last updatedtimestamp visible on the results page. Cache TTL is 30 days for non-empty queries (7 days for empty queries, so we don’t re-burn API credit on vanity searches that have no business presence).
