LeadGrid

Honest comparison

How LeadGrid compares to the subscription lead tools.

Most B2B lead tools are monthly subscriptions that meter how much data you can actually export — and reset your unused balance every month. LeadGrid is the opposite: pay once, keep what you get.

ToolModelEntry priceWhat you actually getData type
LeadGridYouOne-time credits$9250 leads you keep — name, phone, website, address, email. Instant CSV/Excel + one-click HubSpot. Credits never expire.Local business (live Google Maps)
Apollo.ioSubscription$49 / user / moA large database to search, but only ~1,000 exports/month — and export credits expire monthly. Viewing isn't taking the data.B2B people database
Hunter.ioSubscription$34 / mo500 email lookups/month. No phone numbers on any plan.Email finder
LushaSubscription$29 / user / mo250 credits/month ≈ 250 emails or just 25 phone numbers (phone costs 10× an email). Resets monthly.B2B people database
ZoomInfoAnnual contract~$15k / yearDeep data and intent signals, but enterprise pricing, annual lock-in, and a sales process to get started.B2B people database
D7 Lead FinderSubscription$45 / moHigh volume (~3,500 leads/day), but directory-scraped data widely flagged for staleness and high email bounce.Local / directory scrape

Where LeadGrid fits

We’re not the cheapest per lead. We’re the simplest way to get clean ones, when you need them.

If you want raw volume at the lowest possible price and you’re happy to configure a scraper or tolerate stale directory data, other tools will technically cost less per row. That’s a real trade-off and we won’t pretend otherwise.

LeadGrid is for everyone else — the founder, freelancer, or small team who needs a few hundred good local business contacts this week, without signing up for a $40–150/month subscription, learning a platform, or watching unused credits expire. You type a query, see the data before you pay, unlock it for a few dollars, and it lands straight in your CRM. Clean, de-duplicated, GDPR-conscious, yours to keep.
