14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you’ve used less than 20 % of the credits in your purchased pack and you’re not satisfied, email hello@leadgrid.euwithin 14 days of the purchase date for a full refund. No phone call, no exit survey, no “just one more thing.”
How it works
- Include the e-mail address used at checkout and (optionally) the Stripe receipt or invoice ID.
- We verify that the 14-day window is open and that fewer than 20 % of the credits have been used.
- Stripe issues the refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. We do not deduct processing fees from the refund.
Why we run this policy
Data products are inherently non-returnable in the traditional sense — once a CSV has been exported, we can’t “take it back.” The 14-day, less-than-20 %-used rule gives every paying customer a real test of LeadGrid without leaving us exposed to the obvious abuse pattern (buy, export everything, request refund).
Aggressive abuse will be detected and refunds refused for the offending account; otherwise we treat reasonable refund requests generously.
Disputes
If you disagree with a refund decision, escalate by replying to the same e-mail thread. We respond within five business days. German consumers retain all statutory rights under §§ 312 ff. BGB; this policy is intended to exceed those minimums, not to replace them.

LeadGrid bietet bei Unzufriedenheit innerhalb von 14 Tagen ab Kauf eine vollständige Rückerstattung, sofern weniger als 20 % der gekauften Credits verbraucht wurden. Diese freiwillige Garantie geht über das gesetzliche Widerrufsrecht hinaus; gesetzliche Verbraucherrechte bleiben unberührt. Eine formlose Nachricht an hello@leadgrid.eu genügt.
