See the data before you pay

Every search shows five real rows for free, before any credit is spent. You assess the exact data quality first and only unlock a list when it’s worth it. Credits never expire, so an unused balance is never lost.

Credits are digital content, delivered immediately

Credit packs are digital content made available to you instantly. When you buy, you consent to immediate provision and acknowledge that the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal lapses once you begin using the credits (§ 356 Abs. 5 BGB, implementing the EU Consumer Rights Directive). Credits you have already used to unlock data are therefore not refundable — which is why we let you preview the data for free first.

When we do refund

• Duplicate or accidental charges.
• A purchase where the credits were never delivered to your account.
• A technical failure on our side that prevented you from using the credits you paid for.

Email hello@leadgrid.eu with the address used at checkout and your Stripe receipt or invoice ID. Where a refund applies, Stripe returns it to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Statutory rights

Your mandatory consumer rights under applicable law are unaffected. For consumers in Germany and the EU, the right of withdrawal applies as set out above for immediately-provided digital content; we never ask you to waive rights you cannot waive.

Mit dem Kauf stimmst du der sofortigen Bereitstellung zu und bestätigst, dass dein 14-tägiges Widerrufsrecht mit Beginn der Nutzung der Credits erlischt (§ 356 Abs. 5 BGB). Bereits verbrauchte Credits sind daher nicht erstattungsfähig — deshalb kannst du die Daten vorab kostenlos in einer Fünf-Zeilen-Vorschau prüfen. Doppel- oder Fehlbuchungen sowie nicht gelieferte Credits erstatten wir selbstverständlich. Eine formlose Nachricht an hello@leadgrid.eu genügt. Gesetzliche Verbraucherrechte bleiben unberührt.
